1 French bread baguette, cut into 30, 1/4 “ slices
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Philadelphia soft cream cheese with chives and onions
½ lb thinly sliced, very lean cooked roast beef
fresh black pepper
tomato bruschetta
¾ cup chopped green onions
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Brush both sides of each bread slice with the oil. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for about 5 minutes or until crisp. Cool for 5 minutes.
Cut each slice of roast beef into 2-3 smaller pieces.
Spread the cream cheese on each bread slice and top with a piece of roast beef. Sprinkle each with a little pepper.
Top each crostini with bruschetta and then garnish each with green onions.
