2 cups raw whole cashews
1 ½ tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp honey
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the cashew to toast until fragrant.
Add the butter and honey to the pan and stir to coat. Allow the mixture to bubble and thicken, stirring often.
Once thickened, stir in the everything seasoning.
Remove the cashews to the parchment lined baking sheet, and spread into a single layer. Allow to cool before serving.
