Big Mac Dip


Sauce



¾ cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp French dressing

5 tsp sweet pickle relish

1 ½ tbsp finely minced onion

2 tsp vinegar

1 ½ tsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt


Filling


1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

Kosher salt

Freshly ground pepper

2 8 oz packages of cream cheese

1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Buns


1 16 oz can Pillsbury homestyle biscuits

4 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp sesame seeds


Topping


½ cup shredded lettuce

½ of a large Vidalia onion, diced

½ cup pickle chips


Preheat oven to 350º


Spray an oven safe skillet or a round shallow casserole dish with cooking spray.


In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients and set aside.


Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking into small pieces as it cooks. Season with salt & pepper.


Add the cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and all but ¼ cup of the sauce.


Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball and place around the skillet or casserole dish to form a ring. Brush each biscuit ball with the butter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.


Spread the beef mixture into the center of the ring and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.


Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. top with the lettuce and pickles chips and drizzle the remaining sauce over the dip.
