10-12 strips of center cut bacon
20 chunks of fresh pineapple
¾ cup brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 400°
Cut the bacon strips in half width-wise.
Place the brown sugar in a shallow bowl.
Wrap each pineapple chunk with 1 piece of bacon and roll in the brown sugar.
Place the rolls, seam side down on a foil cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.
Remove to a paper towel and then to a serving dish.
