Whipped Cream 16 Servings

1 cup heavy whipping cream

3tbsp confectioner’s sugar

1tsp vanilla extract

Place a medium glass bowl and beaters in the freezer while gathering your ingredients. Remove the bowl & beaters from the freezer and beat the whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Add the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla; beat until soft peaks form. Store in the refrigerator or serve immediately. (I prefer to make the whipped cream right before I need it)
