Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup Makes 1.5 cups

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 ¼ cup water

1-2 tsp vanilla

½ cup Stevia (artificial sweetener)

In a small saucepan, combine the cocoa, cinnamon, and water with a small whisk. Stir and cook over medium heat until the mixture come to a boil.

Reduce the heat and gently boil for 5 minutes. Stir often. The mixture will become thick and smooth.

Cool slightly and add the vanilla to taste. Add the Stevia.

Pour into a container with a lid and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
