Strawberries & Watercress on Wheat Crackers


1 8oz package of cream cheese

2 tbsp of orange marmalade

1 cup of chopped fresh watercress

18 medium fresh strawberries

36 round wheat crackers


In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, marmalade and the watercress and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.


Cut each strawberry in 1/2 lengthwise. Refrigerate the berries until you are ready to serve.


Just before your guest arrive, spread the cheese mixture onto each cracker and top with a strawberry half (cut side down).


Decorate each cracker with a small piece of watercress for a more professional

look.
