Steamed Lobster Tails Serves 4

1 tbsp sea salt

4 (6oz) lobster tails

½ cup butter, melted

In a large pot, add 1” of water and bring to a boil. Add the salt and a steamer to the pot. The steamer should sit just above the water level.

Put the tails in the steamer and cover the pot. Steam for 8 minutes. (16 minutes for 1lb tails). Don’t lift the cover to peek!

Serve with the melted butter.
