½ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger, finely minced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Add all the ingredients to a jar and top with a lid. Shake well to combine and let rest for at least one hour to have the flavors combine.
