Reuben Cups Makes 24

24 wonton wrappers

½lb thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped

1/3 cup sauerkraut, drained

1/3 cup thousand island dressing

2/3 cup shredded swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 350º

Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray and gently press wontons into each cup.

In a small bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut and dressing.

Spoon the corned beef mixture into each wonton cup and top with the shredded cheese.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
