Potatoes for a Crowd

1 32oz package of hash browns, thawed

8oz sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 stick of butter, melted

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

2 cups crushed corn flakes

½ stick butter, melted


Preheat the oven to 350°.


Grease a 13x9 inch pan.


Place the thawed hash browns into the prepared pan.


In a large bowl combine the stick of melted butter, sour cream, soup and cheese. Pour over the hash browns and spread evenly.


In a small bowl combine the corn flakes and the ½ stick of melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the hash brown mixture.


Bake for 45-60 minutes or until heated through and golden.
