Pineapple Mango Salsa Serve 8

1 whole Pineapple, peeled and diced

2 Champagne mangos, diced

½ medium red onion, finely diced

1 jalapeno, seeded and diced

Fresh cilantro, to taste (optional)

1 lime, Juiced

dash of kosher salt

sugar, to taste (optional)



Combine the pineapple, mango, onion, and jalapeno. At this point if you choose to use the cilantro it too should be added.


Add the lime juice and salt. The sugar may be added also.


Serve with chips or as garnish with fish or chicken.
