Pesto Tomato Crostini Serves 12

12 slices of French bread (1/4" thick)

2/3 cup Pesto

2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°

Place the slices of bread on an ungreased foil baking sheet.

Spread each slice with a tablespoon of pesto and top with tomatoes.

Sprinkle each crostini with cheese and bake for about 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
