Hot Crab Cups Makes 30


3 oz cream cheese

1 ½ tbsp sour cream

3 tsp fresh lemon juice

¾ cup lump crab meat

1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning

2 box mini phyllo cups

3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

Fresh chives, minced


Preheat oven to 350º


Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet or a mini muffin pan.


In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, crab, mozzarella and Old Bay until well combined.


Fill the cups with the crab mixture and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.


Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops begin to brown.


Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chives.


Serve warm.
