3 Ripe Haas avocados
2 tbsp fresh salsa, I use Top Crop from the produce department
juice of 1 lime
fine sea salt
1 tbsp sour cream
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado out of the skin with a spoon and place in a medium size bowl.
Mash the avocados. Don't over mash, it's better with some pieces left.
Add the salsa, sour cream and salt. Squeeze the lime juice into the mixture and stir to combine. You may add more salsa or salt to taste at this point.
Serve with your favorite chips.
