½ cup butter
1 onion, diced
1 cup vodka
2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 pint heavy cream
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in the butter until lightly browned and soft.
Pour in the vodka and let cook for 10 minutes. Mix in the crushed tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite pasta.
