1 2lb deli rotisserie chicken
1 16oz bag coleslaw mix
2 cups Chinese noodles
1 8oz bag fresh sugar snap peas, strings removed
1 cup shredded carrots
1 ¼ cups Asian toasted sesame dressing
3 medium green onions, sliced
In a large serving bowl combine all the ingredients except the noodles and onions.
Toss the salad sprinkle the onions over the top and serve with the noodles on the side. (if tossed in the salad leftover s will have soggy noodles)
