Crab Salad Serves 4

1lb lump crab meat

½ cup chopped celery

1/3 cup Ranch dressing

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Truvia

1 tbsp minced fresh parsley


Gently mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl and refrigerate overnight. Stir occasionally. Stir one more time before serving.


Serving suggestions: on top of ½ avocado, on a leaf of Bibb lettuce or on top of a garden salad.
