A 7oz box of Sunshine Cheezit crackers
1 stick of butter
1lb chicken breast thin filets
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a blender crush the crackers to a fine crumb consistency. (if you have a few larger pieces it’s ok). Pour into a medium size bowl.
In another medium microwavable bowl melt the butter in the microwave.
Dip the chicken 1 piece at a time in the melted butter an then in the cracker crumbs, coating well. Place the chicken on a cookie sheet ( I like to use disposable foil sheets).
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Great with chicken tenders also!
