1 French bread baguette, cut into ¼" slices
1 Jar apple butter
2 Large granny smith apples
1 3.5oz bag of honey roasted pecan pieces
Preheat the oven to 375°
Spread one side of the baguette slices with about 2tsp of apple butter and place on a baking sheet.
Trim the brie and slice into thin slices. Place a slice of cheese on top of each crostini.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Meanwhile core the apples and slice into thin slices. Squeeze the lemon over the slices to prevent browning.
Remove the crostini from the oven and place an apple slice on each.
Drizzle the honey over the crostini and sprinkle with the honey pecans. Serve while hot and enjoy!
