1lb salmon fillet
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp onion powder
½ green bell pepper, sliced
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Place the salmon in a shallow baking dish.
Combine the butter and lemon juice in a small cup and pour over the salmon. Sprinkle the basil and onion powder over the salmon.
Arrange the pepper slices on top of the salmon and cover with foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
