Balsamic Vinaigrette

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp light brown sugar

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 clove garlic, made into a paste

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Whisk together all of the ingredients and serve.
