Baked Chicken Chinese Style Serves 4

1/3 cup lite soy sauce

¼ cup of vegetable oil

1 ½ tsp dry mustard

1 tsp fresh ginger

¼ tsp black pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1lb Perdue chicken thin filets


Preheat the oven to 350°.


Mix together the soy sauce, oil, mustard, ginger, pepper and garlic. Cut the chicken into strips about 2” by 3-4” and add to the mixture. Marinate for ½ hour stirring frequently.


Place the chicken on a foil cookie sheet(easier clean up) and bake for 30-35 minutes. Baste often.
