2 ¼ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup Swerve granulated sugar replacement
¾ cup Swerve brown sugar replacement
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
8-10 oz sugar free chocolate chips( Lily’s or Hershey’s)
Preheat the oven to 375°
Prepare a cookie sheet for nonstick, your favorite way.
In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the softened butter and sugars and mix until creamy and well blended. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips. You can add more or less depending on your taste.
Spoon the cookie batter onto the prepared baking sheet and cook for about 9 minutes or until they begin to brown.
Cool on a paper towel and enjoy!
