1 family size fudge brownie mix
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup cold water
1 4oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 8oz container of Cool Whip
1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned and quartered
Preheat the oven to 350°
Grease 2 9" round cake pans and line with wax paper extending up the sides of the pans. Spray the wax paper with butter cooking spray.
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package for cake like brownies. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top springs back when touched. Cool.
In a large bowl mix the condensed milk and the water, beat in the pudding mix. Chill for 5 minutes.
Fold in 1 ¾ cup of whipped topping.
Place one brownie layer on a serving dish and top with ½ of the pudding mixture and ½ of the strawberries. Repeat the process. Drizzle with your favorite chocolate syrup.
