Spicy Grilled Salmon Serves 8

8 (4oz) salmon fillets

½ cup peanut oil

4tbsp soy sauce

4tbsp balsamic vinegar

5tbsp scallions, chopped

3tsp brown sugar

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 ½ tsp ground ginger

2tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1tsp sesame oil ½ tsp salt


Place the salmon in a ziploc bag or glass dish.


In a medium bowl combine the remaining ingredients with a whisk and pour over the fish. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.


Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning once half way through cooking.
