2 cup snow pea pods
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 tsp walnut oil
1 dash of sesame oil
1 dash salt and black pepper
Trim the ends and the stings off of the snow pea pods.
Rinse and drain the water chestnuts. Dry on a paper towel.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the pea pods. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add the water chestnuts and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Season with the salt and pepper and serve.
