Shrimp Scampi II Serves 4

1 (8oz) package angel hair pasta

½ cup butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup white wine

¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Boil the pasta until al dente. Drain.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Stir in the garlic and the shrimp. Cook, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. Add the wine and pepper, and bring to a boil. Cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

In a large serving bowl combine the pasta with the shrimp and sprinkle with the cheese and parsley.
