Rice and Broccoli Casserole Serves 10

6 boxes frozen chopped broccoli or 60oz total

4 cup cooked minute rice

1½ can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup

10oz Cheez Whiz

1 cup chopped celery

½ cup chopped onion

garlic powder

bread crumbs with Roman Cheese

freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat the oven to 350°.


Cook the broccoli and drain.


In a 13x9 glass baking dish, combine the broccoli, rice, soup, cheez whiz, celery and onion.


Sprinkle the garlic powder over the top, then a light layer of the bread crumbs. Top with the fresh Parmesan.


Bake for 1 hour.
