4 cups regular egg noodles
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 ½ cup milk
4 cups French’s French Fried Onions
10 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheeses
2 tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 350°
Spray a 2qt casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Cook the noodles according to the package directions and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, soup, milk, 2 cups fried onions and frozen vegetables.
Add the cooked noodles and 1 ½ cup of cheese. Stir to combine.
Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared casserole, sprinkle with the seasoning and cover with foil; bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining fried onions and cheese.
Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
