1 15.5oz can French Style green beans, drained
1 15oz can sliced potatoes, drained
1 10.75oz can cream of celery soup
1 1/8 cup milk
French Fried onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 12oz package stuffing mix
Preheat the oven to 350°
Mix the green beans and potatoes together in a 2qt casserole dish. Add the cream of celery soup and the milk. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Stir in about a 3tbsp of the onions. Then sprinkle about a handful of the onions over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes. While the casserole is baking, prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions. After the 30 minutes, spread the stuffing mix over the top of the casserole.
Return the casserole to the oven and bake for 10 minutes longer. In the last minute or 2 you can turn the oven to broil to make the stuffing a bit crunchy. Either way is ok.
