4 flounder filets
2 eggs
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp lemon pepper
½ tsp paprika
1½ cup pecans, chopped into “rough” meal in a food chopper
Preheat the oven to 400°
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. And put the pecan meal in a shallow dish.
Dredge each piece of fish in the egg and then in the meal. Place on a foil baking dish. After all the fish is on the baking sheet, sprinkle the remaining nut mixture over the fish and press down.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes. Remove from the oven and serve.
