Parmesan Brussel Sprouts Serves 2


6 Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tbsp butter, divided

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste

salt and pepper to taste


Heat a medium frying pan over medium high heat until hot (about 3 minutes). Melt 1 tbsp of butter and cook the garlic until fragrant, 30 seconds.


Add 1 tbsp butter more and the Brussel sprouts, cut side down. Cover and cook until golden brown, 4-6 minutes.


Flip the sprouts and add 1 more tbsp. of butter. Cover and cook until the other side is browned.


Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with the cheese, salt and pepper.
