3 3lb packages of baby back ribs

Preheat oven to 300°
Remove the thin membrane covering the back of the ribs, by gently sliding a sharp knife under the membrane, and with your fingers, lift and pull it away from the bones.
Place a long piece of foil on the counter and lay the ribs on top. Season all over with the seasoning and seal the foil over the ribs.
Place the foil wrapped ribs on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 3-4 hours.
Remove from the oven and either serve with barbecue sauce on the side or baste the ribs and bake for another 3 to 4 minutes under the broiler.
