Crust
3 cups almond flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup Baking Truvia
6 tbsp butter, melted
Filling
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup confectioner's sweetener (Swerve or Truvia)
1 cup butter, melted
Topping
2 pints of strawberries, sliced
1 ½ banana, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 cups Stabilized Whipped Cream (whipped cream that doesn't separate)
Low Carb Chocolate Sauce
Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl mix together the almond flour, cinnamon, 1/3 cup of sweetener and 6 tbsp of melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, confectioner's sweetener, and 1 cup of melted butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread over the crust.
In a medium bowl combine the strawberries, banana and lemon juice. Spoon evenly over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the Stabilized Whipped Cream and garnish with chocolate sauce and strawberries or add your favorite nuts.
