Key Lime Pie Shooters Makes Approx. 40


1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust, I use Keebler

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

2 8oz container of cool whip

¼ cup fresh key lime juice

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

½ cup crushed macadamia nuts

4 tbsp lime zest

Small cups such as those used for takeout salad dressing


Arrange the cups on a tray or baking sheet.


Crumble the pie crust into a medium bowl and then divide amongst the cups.


In a medium bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and 1 container of cool whip together. Add the key lime juice and lemon juice and blend well.


Spoon the filling into the cups. There should be about a ¼” left to the top of each cup. Chill for at least 3 hours.


Before serving add additional cool whip to each cup and sprinkle macadamia nuts and top with the lime zest.
