Key Lime Crunch Cake

8 (2 bar packs)from 2 boxes Nature Valley Crunchy Granola bars

¼ cup flour plus 2 tbsp

6 tbsp butter, melted

2 ½ tbsp brown sugar

1 (8oz) container Cool Whip

1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup key lime juice

2 tbsp lime zest

whipped cream

Preheat the oven to 350°

Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Place the granola bars in a blender or chopper and process the bars into fine crumbs.

In a medium size bowl, blend half the crumbs, the flour, melted butter and brown sugar.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

In a large bowl, whisk together the Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime zest.

Spread the lime mixture over the crust and sprinkle the remaining granola crumbs over the top.

Freeze for 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
