19 ice cream sandwiches
1 12oz container of whipped topping
1 12oz jar hot fudge ice cream topping
1 cup salted peanut, optional
Cut one ice cream sandwich in half and place with one whole sandwich along the short side of an ungreased 13x9x2 glass baking dish. Arrange 8 sandwiches in the opposite direction in the pan.
Spread with ½ of the whipped topping. Spoon the hot fudge by teaspoonful onto the whipped topping. Sprinkle with ½ cup of the peanuts.
Repeat the above for another layer. Cover and freeze. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving.
