1 ½ lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp chopped green onions
3 tbsp fresh minced parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger
Dipping Sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a medium bowl combine the ground beef and the remaining 8 ingredients. Mix well.
Shape the meat into 1" balls and place on a foil cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
In a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients and heat. Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve warm with the meatballs.
