Grilled Swordfish Oriental Serves 4

Marinade:

½ cup oil

3tbsp soy sauce

2tbsp dry sherry

1tsp grated fresh ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced


4(4oz) swordfish steaks ¾ to 1” thick



In a glass baking dish, combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well.

Place the steaks in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, turning occasionally.


Remove the fish from the marinade and place on and oiled grill rack 4-6” above coals. Cook 10-14 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Be sure to turn the fish at least once, and brushing frequently with the marinade.
