4lbs Salmon filet, skin removed
1/2 cup butter
2 cups chopped cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Old Bay seasoning
Preheat the grill for high heat.
Place the salmon on a lightly greased piece of foil.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro and the jalapeno. The cilantro will become slightly wilted.
Drizzle the ¾ of butter sauce over the salmon. The remaining sauce can be used to drizzle over the fish before serving or served with the fish on the side.
Season with the Old Bay to taste.
Place the the foil sheet on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the fish easily flakes.
