9 tbsp butter
1 ¼ cup Swerve confectioners sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup + 1 tbsp super fine almond flour
Preheat oven to 350°
Line the bottom of a 8” baking pan with parchment paper and use spray butter on the sides of the pan.
In a medium bowl, add the butter, sugar, cocoa and salt. Melt in the microwave on medium and at 1 minute intervals. Stirring between to blend the ingredients. Once the butter has melted and you blend the ingredients easily, mix and set aside to cool.
Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, add the eggs 1 at a time. Stir until the eggs are well incorporated into the batter. Add the vanilla.
Your batter should be very smooth at this point. Add the almond flour and mix until blended.
Bake for 23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Garnish with flaky sea salt if desired.
