1 package lemon cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1tsp lemon extract
1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and lemon extract until well blended.
Drop teaspoons of dough into a bowl of confectioner’s sugar and roll them around until lightly covered.
Place the cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
