2 tbsp Italian bread crumbs with Romano Cheese
2 tsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp diced red bell pepper
2 tbsp diced yellow pepper
2 green onions, sliced
¼ jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
4 tbsp butter, melted
8oz lump crabmeat, flaked
2 heaping tbsp. of shredded mozzarella cheese
4 Tilapia fillets
Preheat the oven to 375°
In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients except the Tilapia.
Arrange the Tilapia in a single layer on foil cookie sheet. Spread the crab and crumb stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the fish.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes. Turn the oven to broil and lightly brown the topping before removing from the oven.
