2 (3lb) beef tenderloin roasts
1 ½ cup soy sauce
1 cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 350°
Place the roasts in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish and pour the soy sauce and the melted butter over the tenderloins.
Bake for 10 minutes and then turn the meat over. Continue cooking for 30-35 minutes, basting occasionally. The internal temperature of the roasts should be 140° for medium.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
