4 Tilapia filets
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
In a pie plate or dinner dish combine the chili powder, garlic powder and salt.
Dredge the fish in the spice mixture to coat.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the fish and cook until flaky turning halfway through the cooking process. Should be about 6-8 minutes in total.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
