Banana Fudge Pie Serves 8

1 Pillsbury All Ready refrigerated pie crust

¾ cup Nestlé semi sweet mini morsels

1 8oz+ container of whipped topping

2 eggs, beaten

¼ cup sugar

2-3 large bananas, sliced


Preheat the oven to 350°.


Prepare the pie crust according to the package directions for a filled crust.


In a saucepan melt 1 ½ cup of the mini morsels over low heat. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 cup of whipped topping, the eggs and sugar. Mix well. Pour into the pie crust and bake for 28-32 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned.


Cool for 10 minutes. Chill for 1 hour.


Layer the bananas over the chocolate pie and top with the remaining whipped topping. Garnish with mini morsels.
