Bacon Cheese Frittata Serves 6

6 eggs

1 cup whole milk

2 tbsp butter, melted

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ cup chopped green onions

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Preheat the oven to 350°.


In a large bowl beat the eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper with a whisk.


Pour the mixture into a greased 11x7 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle the onions and the bacon over the top and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.


Serve with warm corn bread.
