Roasted New Potatoes Serves 6

Preheat the oven to 450°.


2lb new potatoes, quartered

3tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

¾ tsp dried rosemary

¾ tsp dried thyme

¾ tsp salt

¼ tsp blak pepper


In a large ziploc bag combine all of the ingredients and toss. Empty the bag onto a foil cookie sheet or a 13x9 baking pan.


Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and browned.
