Antipasto Pasta Salad Serves 16

16oz Penne

pasta

3 cups grape tomatoes, halved

½ lb provolone cheese, cubed

½ lb dilusso salami, cubed

¼ lb sliced pepperoni, cut in halves

1 large green pepper, cut into 1” pieces

1 10oz can black olives, drained

1 4oz jar pimentos, drained

1 8oz bottle Newman’s Own Italian dressing


Cook the pasta according to the package directions for al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.


In a large salad bowl, combine the pasta with the next 7 ingredients. Add the salad dressing and toss.
